What is Rednbed’s Exchange/Return policy?
Rednbed offers its customers a ‘ 7 DAYS EXCHANGE/RETURN SERVICE ‘ wherein you can raise the exchange/return request of a product within 7 days of its delivery.
Is There Any Charges Of Exchange/Return?
Yes! there is some charges or deductions on exchange/return for products. In case of Exchange the customer will pay the difference for other product & customer will pay delivery charges as well. In case of Return, the customer will send us parcel back when ever we receive your parcel we will deduct its delivery charges & easypaisa fees then rest of the amount will be transfered to you by easypaisa.
Our customer care center is there for you 24/7, you may contact them through whatsapp, send them the details on whatsapp i.e. your name, images of faulty product, description about product’s fault and your contact number, they will soon contact you and exchange/return your parcel within 7 working days.
Note: If u want to exchange/return faulty products, you will have to send the product first to our official address and after receival of your product, our officer will call u and then send your parcel to your designated address or refund your amount through Easypaisa.
